These Terms of Service and Booking Conditions set out the rules for booking, purchasing, cancelling and using the services offered through https://kommon.lt.
By booking, purchasing or using services through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Services Offered
The website may offer the following services:
- group yoga classes;
- private yoga sessions;
- coffee tasting experiences;
- community events;
- private or custom events;
- corporate yoga sessions and coffee tastings for companies;
- other wellbeing, community, educational or experience-based services listed on the website.
Detailed information about each service, including its content, location, time, duration, price and any special conditions, is provided in the relevant service or event description.
3. Bookings and Orders
Services may be booked through the website using the booking system, including WP Amelia, or through any other method clearly indicated on the website.
By making a booking, you agree to:
- provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- provide a valid email address and, where required, a telephone number;
- review the service description and any specific conditions before booking.
A booking is considered received once you successfully complete the booking process and, where applicable, receive a confirmation by email or through the booking system.
In some cases, a booking will only be considered fully confirmed once payment has been received. If the service description or booking process states otherwise, the specific terms shown for that service will apply.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed on the website alongside the relevant service or event, unless the service is custom quoted individually.
Payments may be made online using the payment methods available on the website or by another method clearly indicated during the booking process.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for, except in cases of obvious technical or pricing error.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in the specific service description, the following general rules apply:
- bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service time;
- if cancelled in time, a refund or rescheduling option may be offered;
- if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or in the case of a no-show, the payment may be non-refundable;
- if the Service Provider cancels a service or event, the client will be offered a rescheduled date, credit for a future service or a refund.
For custom, private or corporate services, cancellation and refund terms may be agreed individually and set out in a proposal, invoice, contract or separate written agreement.
6. Late Arrival and No-Show
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their booked class, session or event.
- If a client arrives late, the duration of the service may be shortened to avoid disruption to the schedule.
- If a client does not attend and gives no prior notice, the service may be treated as delivered and the payment may be retained.
- For group classes or events, late entry may be refused once the session has started if entry would disrupt others or compromise the quality or safety of the session.
7. Health, Safety and Yoga Participation
Yoga classes and related activities involve physical movement. Each participant is responsible for assessing their own health, physical condition and fitness before booking and attending.
By participating, you confirm that:
- you are physically able to take part in the selected activity;
- you will inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, pain, pregnancy or limitations, where applicable;
- if you have any doubts about your condition, you will seek advice from a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before participating.
The Service Provider is not responsible for injuries, health complications or other damage resulting from a participant’s failure to assess their fitness, failure to follow instructions, negligent behaviour or failure to disclose relevant health information.
During all sessions, participants are expected to act responsibly, follow instructions and stop immediately if they experience pain, significant discomfort or any worrying symptoms.
8. Coffee Tastings and Events
Coffee tastings, educational sessions and other events may vary depending on format, number of participants, venue, duration and the agreed event concept.
If drinks or food items are served during an event, participants are responsible for informing the organiser in advance about any known allergies, intolerances or other relevant health-related concerns, where applicable.
9. Corporate and Private Bookings
Separate terms may apply to services booked by companies, organisations, teams, private groups or individual clients for custom events or tailored experiences.
In such cases, an individual proposal, invoice, booking confirmation or separate contract may be provided. Where agreed separately, those individual terms will take precedence over these general Terms.
10. Gift Cards, Packages and Memberships
If gift cards, service packages, memberships or similar offers are introduced in the future, additional specific terms may apply and will be stated with the relevant offer.
11. Participant Conduct
To ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment, all participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, instructors, hosts and organisers.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant from a class or event if their behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate for the setting.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, descriptions, images, branding, logos and other materials, unless stated otherwise, belongs to the Service Provider or is used lawfully.
No content may be copied, distributed, published, modified or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider aims to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- temporary website downtime or technical issues;
- interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers or systems;
- losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by the client;
- indirect, incidental or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Consumers may also have the right to contact the relevant consumer dispute resolution authority if the matter falls within its competence.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update or change these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective once published on the website, unless stated otherwise.
